Here at Settle we are looking for a Neighbourhood Services Coordinator to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
You will:
- providing a generic high-quality administration and support service in key areas of housing management and operational performance
- process invoices for approval and respond to enquiries on administration and payment
- respond to resident and stakeholder enquiries including incoming and outgoing post, email and telephone calls.
- ensure robust filing systems are used and documentation is maintained for easy access.
- log casework on the housing management system for frontline neighbourhood teams – using measures based on workload and capacity
- support partner’s working out of the office through checking and logging information onto the housing management system
- take minutes and notes for meetings where required
- accurately input and maintain data
- liaise with residents to book appointments
- support the customer service hub with duties where this increased demand or pressure on resources
- complete any other duties as reasonably requested by your manager.
You will also:
- ensure a joined-up approach to resolving challenges with our operational teams

We are looking for someone who has...
- experience of providing an excellent customer service
- ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision within a team environment.
- good communication and interpersonal skills including customer care and telephone skills
- ability to carry out detailed administration work to a high standard
- experience and good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel and CRM and document management systems.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a wide range of internal colleagues to deliver the best business solutions.
- Ability to work as an integral member of a busy team and support colleagues in a busy operational environment.
Able to:
- Communicate with a wide range of people verbally and in writing with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
- Work well under pressure and on your own initiative
- Uphold and live settle’s values with a robust commitment to diversity.
- Be proactive about your own learning and keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulation.
