The Estate Service team delivers services that effect our land and customer, working remotely, often in teams and deliver grounds-maintenance, bulk waste removal and cleaning services throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We are looking for you to use your skills and initiative to work both in a team and independently to delivery a proactive and responsive service to our customers and the homes we service.
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Take responsibility for the cleaning of our communal areas on settle properties or working in the schemes.
- Advise on the need for additional, deep or specialist cleans on the areas you work
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained in the building
- Report any issues or breaches of tenancy conditions identified
- Maintain confidentiality at all times whilst providing great customer service to residents
- Liaise with other teams to ensure a great service is delivered to customers and colleagues.
- Keep up to date records of work activities using technologies required
- Be responsible for ordering and storing of all cleaning products and equipment
- Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of bin stores including reporting any issues with collection
- Respond to emergencies within the service when required
- Undertake other duties which may arise or may be delegated from time to time
We are looking for someone who has...
- Good understanding of best practice in cleaning techniques
- Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues, relating to the use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
- Ability to deal with members of the public in a tactful and friendly fashion
- Ability to deal with clients confidentially
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team and able to provide cover at other sites where required
- Keep inventories
- Relay repairs issues to the appropriate teams
- Be a good communicator and offer amazing customer service

Our Future
