Who are we?
We are Settle. We provide services to more than 23,000 residents in over 10,000 homes in neighbourhoods across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and South Cambridgeshire.
At Settle we put residents first. We know that everyone is different, so we ensure that we provide a service that is as individual as each resident.
We are pleased to announce that Settle and Paradigm Housing Group have agreed to merge to form a new organisation operating primarily across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
The new organisation, initially known as SettleParadigm, will become the largest housing association operating in the region. The target completion date for the legal merger is 27 October 2025. for more information, click here.
